Answers to the most common questions about our made-to-order cushions.
What is your production time?
All VelumaCraft cushions are made to order. Production typically takes 5–7 business days before shipping.
Do you ship to the United States?
Yes. We ship to all U.S. states. You’ll receive a tracking number once your order is dispatched.
How long does shipping take in the U.S.?
After dispatch, estimated delivery is typically 3–7 business days. Delivery times may vary during peak seasons or carrier delays.
What measurements do you need for a custom cushion?
We usually need length, width, and thickness. If your seat has rounded corners or an L-shape, a quick photo helps a lot.
Do you use inches or centimeters?
For U.S. orders we recommend using inches. If you measured in centimeters, that’s fine too—just tell us which unit you used.
Can I choose ties or hidden loops?
Yes. Many of our bench and seat cushions can be made with ties or hidden loops. You can add your preference in the notes at checkout or on the Custom Orders page.
Can I request a thinner cushion (e.g., 2–2.5 inches)?
Yes. We can make cushions in different thicknesses depending on the style. Common options include 2″, 2.5″, and 3″.
Are covers removable? Can I machine wash the cushion?
Most cushions are made with fixed covers (non-removable) unless a removable-cover option is specified on the product page. For care, we recommend spot cleaning or gentle hand cleaning. If you need a removable, washable cover, please request it as a custom order.
Do you accept returns?
Because our items are made to order, we generally do not accept returns for custom sizes. If your item arrives damaged or defective, contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos so we can help.
Can I cancel or change my order?
You may request changes or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order. After production begins, cancellations aren’t possible.
Will the fabric color look exactly the same as on my screen?
Colors may appear slightly different due to screen settings and lighting. If you’re unsure, we recommend requesting fabric samples before ordering.
