Production Time
All VelumaCraft cushions are made to order.
Please allow 5–7 business days for production before shipment.
During busy seasons, production may take slightly longer. If so, we will notify you in advance.
Custom-sized and French mattress cushions follow the same production timeline unless otherwise stated.
Shipping (United States)
We ship to all U.S. states.
Estimated delivery time after dispatch:
- Standard Shipping: 3–7 business days
- Expedited Shipping (if selected): 2–4 business days
You will receive a tracking number once your order has been shipped.
Please note that delivery times may vary due to carrier delays, weather conditions, or peak seasons.
Address Accuracy
Please double-check your shipping address before completing your order.
VelumaCraft is not responsible for delays or lost packages due to incorrect or incomplete address information provided at checkout.
Returns & Exchanges
Because our cushions are made to order, we do not accept returns on:
- Custom size orders
- Made-to-measure cushions
- French mattress cushions made to your specifications
However, we stand behind our craftsmanship.
If your item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the issue. We will review the case and offer a replacement or solution if applicable.
Order Changes & Cancellations
You may request changes or cancellation within 24 hours of placing your order.
After production has started, cancellations are no longer possible.
Color & Fabric Disclaimer
Due to monitor settings and lighting conditions, fabric colors may appear slightly different in person.
If you are unsure about color selection, we recommend requesting fabric samples before placing your order.
